Gray , Zinsser Flat Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Interior/Exterior Multi-purpose Water-based Primer- Gallon, 1 Pack : Provide excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces, such as tile and enameled trim. Its peel, blister and mildew-resistant water-based formula works in low temperatures, inhibits rust and seals tannin bleed. The primer dries to the touch in 30 minutes, for best results, the primer should be reapplied after 1 hour.
